"WOW, you sure (do) like living in the country, huh?" sounds better here. "Sure like _____" is an informal thing to say when you are surprised that someone really likes something (ex: If a kid has a lot of candy and eats candy all the time you could say "Boy ("boy" here is like "wow," but it is informal) you sure (do) like candy, huh?"). "Huh" at the end of a question is like saying "yes" (ex: "Guau, ¿te gustan mucho los dulces, sí?")
